Description of Mark | The mark consists of a vertical, transparent rectangle, whose edges form the left-edge, right-edge, top-edge, and bottom-edge boundaries of the mark, superimposed by a vertical, white, and narrower rectangle inclusive of multiple stylized color elements described herein. The white rectangle extends fully from the top-edge boundary to the bottom-edge boundary, with narrow but equal left-edge and right-edge transparent margins formed between the left-edge and right-edge boundaries and the left and right edges of the white rectangle, respectively. The white rectangle includes a horizontally centered and inverted funnel-shaped transparent cutout, opening toward and intersecting the bottom-edge boundary. Horizontally centered within the transparent funnel-shaped cutout are a single thick vertical red line and thinner black lines emanating from the red line near its midpoint and extending fully to the bottom-edge boundary at equidistant angular increments in both directions relative to the red reference line. Below the top-edge boundary, a thick red horizontal reference line and thin parallel superimposed black line traverse the transparent and white rectangles from the left-edge boundary to the right-edge boundary. The stylized compound word "SMARTGAUGE" appears below the red horizontal reference line; the first compound word portion "SMART" is the color dark blue, and the second compound word portion "GAUGE" is the color dark gray. Sequentially enumerated and equidistant red horizontal major tick marks include a thin parallel superimposed black line of equal length of each red major tick mark. Between red major tick marks, intermediate equidistant black tick marks of graduated length and line weight extend inward from the right-edge boundary touching and partially overlapping the white rectangle. Solid, horizontal, black lines of equal length and monotonically increasing width adorn the left-edge boundary. Concentric 180-degree semicircular rings of equidistantly decreasing diameters overlay the white rectangle and transparent right-edge margin and underlay the major and minor tick marks. In repeating succession from largest to smallest, the concentric rings alternate in color between blue for the outermost ring and white for the next innermost smaller ring. The dashed black lines in the drawing represent the outer boundary of the transparent rectangle and hole, respectively, and is/are not part of the mark. The dashed gray lines in the drawing represent the boundary between white and transparent rectangles and is/are not part of the mark. All numerals and other text in the drawing shown with black dotted lines are for reference only and is/are not part of the mark. |
