| Description of Mark | The mark consists of The Mark consists of a large purple square, with a purple border, followed by a thin white matting, followed by a thin purple matting, a thinner white matting and finally the remainder and majority of the square is in the color purple. In the top center of the large purple square is a circle within a circle, the perimeter of each circle demarcated by the color white with the perimeter of the outermost circle being the thicker of the two. In the middle of the innermost circle is the letter "S" also in white on the same purple background. Below the twice encircled "S" and in the center of the square are the words "SINSATIONAL" and "COOKIE," written in white, with the former above the latter. Both "SINSATIONAL " and "COOKIE" have their own individual rectangular white frame, made of four sides and having a notifiably distinct shape. Starting in the top left corner of the rectangular frames, the white line is drawn straight over the word from left to right. At the top right corner, the frame descends outward downward at a 45 degree, concave, sloping angle to the middle of the right side and then turns at a 45 degree, convex, sloping angle to the left bottom of the rectangular frame, such that the two sloping angles form a point, pointing away from the word enclosed within the rectangle. The bottom of the rectangle is flat and runs parallel to the top of the rectangle. The left side is identical to the right side, with the angles pointing outward. The rectangular frame that surrounds the word "SINSATIONAL" has an additional flourish. On each of the left and right sides, the angular points are adorned with three oblong petals, pointing in three different directions and sharing the same point of origin at the exact tip of the angular pointed sides. On the left side, one of the petals points straight up, one of the petals points to the left and the other petal points straight down, such that the petals are aligned along an imaginary x and y axis. On the right side, one of the petals points straight up, one of the petals points straight down and the last petal points to the right in the same manner as the left side petals. Centered and below the word "COOKIE" is the italicized phrase "So good they're magical!" written in white. At the bottom of the Mark, centered in the square, and written in white is the web address of the company "www.sinsationalcookie.com". |
