Description of Mark | The mark consists of The logo consists primarily of two substantially orthogonal capital letters “S” and “H”, where the substantially orthogonal capital letter “S” is stylized in such a way that the right end of the stem terminates as a short vertical line having an irregular tapered angle facing downward substantially perpendicular to, but not touching, the right end of the spine of the substantially orthogonal capital letter “S”, which spine is interrupted by the substantially orthogonal capital letter “H”, which substantially orthogonal capital letter “H” is free floating within the center of said spine and said substantially orthogonal capital letter “H” is of a smaller font than said substantially orthogonal capital letter “S”, where the bottom stems of said substantially orthogonal capital letter “H” terminate as irregular tapered angles with the highest points of said angles mirroring each other inward about the long axis of said substantially orthogonal capital letter “H”; the terminal stroke of said substantially orthogonal capital letter “S” forms a substantial V-shape along its length, where said terminal stroke has an irregular tapered end and continues vertically upward with its irregular tapered end terminating, but not touching, the left side of said spine; centered above said stem of said substantially orthogonal capital letter “S”, but not touching, is a horizontal bar having a length that is substantially the same as the length of said stem of said substantially orthogonal capital letter “S”; above said horizontal bar, but not touching, is a stylized crown containing a horizontal surface, and arising from said horizontal surface, a central vertical stroke and two sets of strokes symmetrically arranged about the vertical axis of said central vertical stroke, where the left set of strokes are at an obtuse angle and the right set of strokes are at an acute angle, where each set contains an inner stroke and an outer stroke, where said inner strokes are shorter than said outer strokes, said outer strokes are shorter than said vertical central stroke, where said vertical central stroke defines the top of the logo, and where said outer strokes define the outer limits of said stylized crown; surrounding, but not touching, said substantially orthogonal capital letter “S” is a continuous V-shaped line containing vertical lines rising from the ends of its vertex, which vertical lines terminate on the same plane as the top of said stem of said substantially orthogonal capital letter “S” and which outer edges of said continuous V-shaped line are on the same plane as the ends of the outer strokes of said stylized crown; below, but not touching, the bottom of said continuous V-shaped line surrounding said substantially orthogonal capital letter “S” is a shorter V-shaped line where each edge of the vertex of the shorter V-shaped line terminates on the same plane as the outside edge of each rising vertical line of said longer V-shaped line, where the outside edge of the vertex of the shorter V-shaped line defines the bottom of the logo. |
