Description of MarkThe mark consists of The trade dress of the exterior of a restaurant and lounge consisting of a central stylized arch with a unique decorative shape and with a decorative pattern in the molding detail supported by two decorative and stylized circular columns each having a swirl pattern with each column resting on a pedestal of brick masonry artfully placed in a pattern. Beneath the arch and between the columns are the stylized letters, SF&I, and beneath those letters are the words SWEET FIRE & ICE underlined with a slash and beneath those words are the words, CASUAL DINING. Beneath the words and between the two columns at the base of the exterior are three French door style windows with decorative glass panels surrounded by decorative molding and above the windows are decorative awnings supported by ornamental metal rods. One both sides of the center windows are glass and metal decorative lamp devices. On the outer side of each circular column are two more identical French door style windows surrounded by molding with the same type awnings and supports. Above these two side windows are the words, BAKERY, and above the opposite set of two side windows are the words, MARTINI & OXYGEN LOUNGE. One each side end of the building are rectangular stylized columns with a square decorative cap and resting on a pedestal of brick masonry artfully placed in a pattern identical to the bases of the circular columns. Above the words BAKERY is a large horizontal decorative molding with a helix pattern running from the one circular column to the adjacent rectangular columns. Above the words MARTINI & OXYGEN LOUNGE is an identical large horizontal decorative molding with the same helix pattern running from the other circular column to the adjacent rectangular column. The lower façade of the building has decorative brick pattern masonry approximately five feet high and the upper part of the façade has ornamental top molding approximately three feet high between the circular columns and the rectangular columns..
