Description of Mark | The mark consists of A square that contains a filled-in circle, affixed on top of another wider square approximately twice the size of the first square. The squares are stacked on top of a cone-shaped lighthouse, which is smaller at the top, and wider at the bottom, or base. The lighthouse is approximately four times the length of the second, larger square and has a thin triangle on the right side of the base of the lighthouse that slants towards the center of the lighthouse, almost the length of the lighthouse. The base of the lighthouse is affixed and centered on top of a shaped mound, representing land. The mound of land curves down from the top curves down from around the base of the lighthouse down into a wider stretch of land, approximately twice the width of the lighthouse base. The mound representing land extends, from the under the base of the lighthouse, to the right of the lighthouse. This land extension decreases in size from the mound at the base of the lighthouse to the end of the land on the right, approximately the same length as the mound. The land to the right of the mound has a wave shape on the top of the land, ending in a tail that points up at approximately 20 degrees to the right. The bottom edge of the mound of land under the lighthouse and the bottom of the land attached next to the mound under the lighthouse is approximately 3 degrees from the mound extending out to the right of the mound. Above the land extension to the right, and to the right of the lighthouse, is a silhouette of a sailboat, comprised of three elements. The first element of the sailboat is a triangle on the left of the sailboat, which represents a sail extending from the center of the sailboat, out to the end of the left side of the boat. The sail has a boomerang-like curved shape and is uniform in shade. The element on the right is comprised of an outline of only the right side and bottom of a larger triangle shape leaning to the left toward the center of the sailboat. This second element, shaped in a boomerang-like curved shape, does not connect to any part of the sailboat. The third element of the sailboat is the base of the sailboat. It is level on the top and curves slightly upward at both ends, and is level on the middle bottom of the base. The base of the sailboat is uniform in shade. The words "Safe Harbor" are positioned center inclusively under the land positioned under the lighthouse and sailboat, extending the length of the mark. There is a solid line under "Safe Harbor", beginning immediately flush with the left side of the "S" and extending the width of the words to the immediately flush right side of the second "r" in "Harbor". Underneath the solid line under the words "Safe Harbor", are the words "FINANCIAL GROUP" in capital letters, beginning at the far left of the "S" and extending the length of the solid line. There is a solid line which extends the width of the entire mark, which is centered in the mark, and extends fully across the mark from left to right, and sits behind the lighthouse and boat as it extends across those items. |
