Description of Mark | The mark consists of The mark consists of Two separate design components. All components are on a field of black for background. The first component is viewed from the top of the mark is a large stylized "S" and is centrally located equidistant from the top, left and right sides of the mark and makes up approximately three quarters of the total area of the mark. The bottom one-quarter of the mark is made up of stylized lettering that forms the unique word "CLASIC" with the letters "C," "A," and "S," being represented in a stylized and capitalized fashion and the "L" and "i" components being represented in stylized and lowercase fashion. The large "S" component is made up of two subcomponents a stylized and capital letter "C" for the top part of the "S" and a horizontal stylized and lower case "L" component to from the bottom part of the "S." The first sub-component is a stylized and capital letter "C" and is designed to be consistent with the other subcomponents of the remaining parts of the mark that also *DESCRIPTION OF THE MARK (and Color Location, if applicable) include the stylized letters "C" and the stylized and capitalized letter "A." The "C" subcomponent is represented in white bold and is centrally located and makes up approximately half of the total area of the mark. The "C" letter is comprised of a horizontal oblong crescent with exterior and interior oblong components. The two shapes connect from an open ended right side and remain parallel and equidistant to form an arch closing on the left side with the straight sides of the crescent measuring approximately 2 times the length of the diameter of the base of the arc. The interior component joins the exterior component by way of two circular sector components with each sector's arc component extending from the interior portion to the exterior portion such that each arc segment faces each other from interior top and bottom portion of the "C" and where the outside radial components of the sector join the exterior oblong component to form the flat outside portions of the "C" subcomponent. The "S" component is completed by the addition of a horizontal stylized and lower case "L" component which occupies the lower top one quarter of the middle of the entire mark and is designed to be consistent with the other subcomponents of the remaining parts of the mark that also include the stylized and lower case letters "L" and "i." The horizontal stylized and lowercase "L" subcomponent is made up of a single white outline with a black interior that forms a horizontal rectangle with two opposing curved sides. The top left side of the subcomponent curves down to meet the horizontal line segment of the bottom left of the rectangle and such that it appears as an opposing mirror image of the bottom right facing open-ended segment of the "C" sub-component shape. The bottom right side of the subcomponent curves up to meet the horizontal line segment component of the top right of the rectangle and such that it appears as a direct mirror image of the top right facing open-ended segment of the "C" subcomponent. The bottom one-quarter of the mark is made up of stylized lettering that forms the unique word "CLASIC" with the letters "C," "A," and "S," being represented in a stylized and capitalized fashion and the "L" and "I" components being represented in stylized and lowercase fashion. All letters are represented as being even in proportion. The stylized and capitalized "C" letters are exact replicas of the above described "C" subcomponent of the large "S" component of the mark. The stylized and lowercase "L" letter is a vertical standing white bolded replica of the above described horizontal "L" subcomponent of the large "S" component of the mark. The stylized and capitalized "A" letter is a vertical standing exact replica of the above described "C" subcomponent of the large "S" component of the mark. With the open end serving as the bottom of the letter and with the inclusion of a white bolded horizontal line that only bisects the interior black portion of the character roughly half way from the bottom of the letter and leaving a small black semi-circular potion to complete the "A" letter. The smaller "S" component is an exact replica of the larger "S" but scaled to be of equal size proportion to the remaining letters that form the term "CLASIC." The stylized and lowercase "i" letter is a vertical standing exact replica of the above described "L" letter, with the "dot" portion of the "i" letter being formed a black bolded horizontal line that completely bisects the top portion of the letter roughly one quarter of the way from the top of the letter. |
