| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a design roughly circular in shape comprised of two interlocking parts, namely, on top is the sun rising over the horizon with 9 evenly spaced but non-uniformly shaped sun rays arranged around a central circular sun body, and at bottom, a breaking wave shape with an undulating outer edge, evoking the movement of waves through water. The negative space between the two interlocking parts forms a third symbol in the shape of the letter "S", with the top portion of the letter "S" formed by a breaking wave shape contrasted against the body of the upper sun shape, and the bottom portion of the letter "S" formed by the inner curl of the breaking wave in the lower wave shape. |
