| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the wording "ROSEN PRESCHOOL" set forth in stylized lettering in a semicircular pattern above a bordered stylized design of a lion wearing a graduation hat. The graduation hat is comprised of a semicircular element that sits atop the head and below a bordered rectangular element. A stylized tassel design descends from the left side of the rectangle element of the graduation hat onto the left side of the face of the lion. The face of the lion comprises a bordered oval-shaped design with a heart shaped nose and a linear mouth element descending vertically downward from the nose and forms semi-circular elements which extend horizontally out to each side. The face of the lion also includes two eye elements, each of which also includes a pair of stacked circular elements, wherein the top circle is larger than the lower. The head of the lion also has two ears on the on the upper left and right sides of the head, which comprise two bordered semicircular elements, one atop the other. The mane of the lion is comprises a bordered circular element with various indentations found at regular intervals. The body of the lion is a semi-oval design set forth below the mane and head. Four leg elements extend vertically downward from the body, with each comprising bordered on semicircular elements and three prongs at the tip of each one to resemble claws. The front right paw of the lion is holding a stylized design of a crayon, which comprises black and white rectangular elements, two black horizontal stripes and a point at the end. The lion also had as a bordered tail element extending upwards from the rear of the body in a curved manner and a triangular tip at the end. The wording "ROSEN PRESCHOOL" and the face, body and tail of the lion are orange. The outer elements of the ears, the linear element of the tail, and the lion's paws are dark orange. The body of the graduation hat, the tassel design, the nose-and-mouth designs, the eyeballs design, the borders of the ears, the borders of the mane, the face, the body, the tail and the legs of the lion, the claw elements on paws and the prongs on the feet, the stripes and the point of the crayon are black. The interior element of the ear designs, the circles within each eye and the body of the crayon are all white. |
