Description of MarkThe mark consists of a circular black band with silver lettering, which reads beginning at approximately nine o'clock and ending at approximately three o'clock and reading clockwise, a star, the word ROCK, a small circle, the letter N a small circle, the word ROLL, a star and beginning at nine o'clock and reading counter clockwise the words STREET MACHINES. The upper part of the center portion of the mark consists of a representation of buildings which are grey with black windows. Interspersed above and between these buildings is a number of musical notes which are black. The background behind the building representations is blue. The middle of the center portion of the mark is a red furled banner barring in silver letters the word CAPITAL. The lower part of the center portion of the mark is a representation of a head on view of an automobile engine the lower portion of which is silver and the upper portion orange. On top of the engine is an air intake and on the sides of the engine are exhaust ports. The exhaust ports are emitting yellow and red flames. The air intake is three black circles each of which contains two small silver circles. The front of the engine contains three pulley wheels and black timing chain cover. The background behind the engine is grey.
