| Description of Mark | The mark consists of RitaRoo has both R's capitalized. Font is fun and playful with a pixel edge finish. The "I" in Rita is dotted with a dog's paw print with a circle around it. The "oo" in Roo has eyeballs looking down within the "oo". Underneath the "oo" is a dog's nose and mouth. All combined design elements for the "oo" complete the shape of a dog's face. All lettering is black. White was used as a filler inside the closed spaces on both "R", inside the circle dotting the "I" around the paw print, the enclosed space on the "a", the enclosed space on the "oo" behind the eyeballs. White was also used to accentuate depth, lighting, and glare of the dog's eyeballs and top of the dog's nose. The white at the top of the dog's nose fades downward into the black.
