| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the stylized wording "Richie's since 1956 Super Premium ITALIAN ICE" surrounded by the following: A pink vertical stripe of equal width running from the top to the bottom of the mark on the left and right sides of the mark. At the center of the mark, but limited to 20 percent from the top, is a pink and white alternating pattern covering three pink stripes and two white stripes, including the stripes on the left and ride sides of the mark. The pink stripe on the left of the mark that appears above the word "Richie's" is 10 percent wider than the remaining portion of the stripe and becomes narrow as a result of a curved pattern in which the wider portion is at the top right and narrow portion is at the bottom left. The pink stripe on the right side of the mark that appears above the word "Richie's" is 10 percent wider than the remaining portion of the stripe and becomes narrow as a result of a curved pattern in which the wider portion is at the top left and narrow portion is at the bottom right. Underneath the center stripes, over a white background, appear the words of the mark. The word "Richie's" is in pink, upper and lower case, and concave pattern. The words "since 1956" is under the word "Richie's", in blue, lower case and horizontal. The word "Super" over the word "Premium" are below the words "since 1956" are in upper and lower case, in yellow type with a black and white shadow, and are placed on a slant, lower left to upper right. The words "ITALIAN ICE" are all capitals, blue with black shadow, and horizontal. |
