Centered below within a circle is the profile of a raven's head and neck coming out of the circle wearing a jeweled king's crown with seven spikes on his head. His beak is open a little, as if talking. His neck feathers hang over the bottom of the circle and there are six vertically standing book spines in different widths directly under his feathers and the circle. There are a star, an octagon, and various dots and stripes on the spines of the books. There is a decorated ribbon strand with rainbow shapes inside of it coming out of the left and right sides of the end books. Centered under the raven, circle and directly under the books and all inside of a long oval background are the words where readers reign horizontally written with a white vertical scepter at the end after the word reign. |
