| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a unitary mark of an intertwined portion that includes a plant design intertwined with the capital letters/symbol of R & B. The intertwined portion is spaced from and between an arc line above and the words INSURANCE SERVICES, LLC below. All the letters and the ampersand are black against a white background. The arc. line above is blue. The plant design has two green leaves of different sizes that extend from a green portion of a vine, with the larger, upper leaf entering into the loop of the capital letter R by extending underneath the vertical bar of the capital letter R and then extending upward to overlie the top of the loop of the capital letter R so that its leaf tip terminates above. The smaller, lower leaf overlies the vertical bar of the capital letter R with its tip terminating beneath the loop of the capital letter R. The vine has curvature and widens as it transitions from the green portion and into a blue portion and then narrows as it transitions from the blue portion to terminate into a turquoise portion. A further curved line extends from beneath the vertical bar of the capital letter R along portion to define a uniform spacing from the vine as the further curved line transitions in color from blue to turquoise as well as widens at the transition region. A leg of the capital letter R joins the base of a vertical bar of the capital letter B by a black curved line, which also constitutes the curved base of the ampersand. The crossing leg of the ampersand also forms a portion of a base of a curved loop of the capital letter B. The turquoise portion of the vine extends under the leg of the capital letter R and over the leg of the ampersand to terminate above the base of the vertical bar of the capital letter B. The blue portion of the further curved line extends over the curved portion that joins the capital letters R and B and the turquoise portion of the further curved line extends behind the crossing region of the ampersand and base of the vertical bar of the capital letter B and extends to overlie the bottom loop of the capital letter B to terminate at a tip below the capital letter B. |
