| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a rectangular label that is composed of a small blue rectangle at the top and a large beige rectangle below. In the upper blue rectangle is the word "RAMAZZOTTI" in large white letters, surrounded by a thin white rectangular outline that parallels the edge of the blue rectangle, creating an outer blue border. The beige rectangle below is divided into three sections. The largest section, in the middle of the label, is delineated by a thin gold rectangular outline that encloses approximately 80% of the beige rectangle and creates a narrow outer beige border around the large central beige rectangle. Below that, a narrow gold stripe that extends horizontally across the label near the bottom of the beige rectangle. Below that is a second thin gold rectangular outline at the very bottom of the label that has a semi-circle protrusion that is created by a set of wavy and straight lines that are separated by the initials "FR" in gold script. Centered on the narrow gold stripe is a gold outline around a blue cartouche-like shape with semi-circular protrusions above and below the center of the cartouche. The protrusions contain decorative scrollwork lines in gold. The gold outlines surrounding the beige sections of the label just above and just below the cartouche are broken and then curved to parallel the outline of the cartouche including the upper and lower protrusions. The gold outline directly above the upper protrusion of the cartouche rises to five short lines at the center, two pointing diagonally upwards to the left, two pointing diagonally upwards to the right, and the one in the center pointing vertically upright. There are also smaller semi-circular protrusions on either side of the cartouche. Within the large central beige rectangle, from top to bottom, are the words "CASA FONDATA NEL" in blue, then below that, the year "1815" in blue with a wavy blue flourish on either side of the year. Below that is an ornate shield design in gold, blue and beige. The shield is beige with an outer gold border outline, then moving inwards, a thin beige border, another gold border, another beige border and then a blue line that outlines a shield shape divided into quarters by crossing blue lines. In the upper left quarter of the shield design is a small shield, divided into quarters, in blue and beige and with a blue crown on top on a beige background; in the upper right quarter is a star outlined in blue and with blue shading on a beige background; in the lower left quarter are the initials "FR" in blue script on a beige background; and the lower right quarter is entirely filled with a blue cross on a beige background. On either side of the shield are ornate designs in blue that resemble wheels whose inner edges are masked by the edge of the shield. The outer lines of the wheel-like figures curve out extending past the wheels in long curves that resemble plumes. Below the shield a blue line extends out on either side and curves around below to enclose the words "SPECIALITÀ DELLA DITTA" in blue. Below the shield design is a floral design and fruit design that create a semi-circular, with the floral element on the right and the fruit element on the left and shown in shades of pink and white. The floral element consists of four flowers that are stacked upon each, with the smallest flower at the bottom and largest flower at the top. The fruit design consists of three fruit slices in different sizes and a leave that overlap. Superimposed over the fruit and flower design are two orange slices shown in shades of orange and white, a pink and red flower and a small white flower with pink accents and three green leaves. Super imposed over the floral and fruit design are the words "APERITIVO" in blue with white and gold accents, then below that, the word "ROSATO" in blue with white and gold accents and below that, words "AUSANO RAMAZZOTTI" in gold script with flourishes that give the words the appearance of a signature. |
