| Description of Mark | The mark consists of The MARK is a portrait style rectangle with rounded corners, black with a white border inset slightly from the edge of the rectangle. A "Stylized Capital "R" with the appearance of a Flying Saucer" DESIGN ELEMENT is set in the upper portion of MARK in white. The LITERAL ELEMENT "ROSWELL" is capitalized and written in white along the bottom of the MARK. The border is intact except for eight points on the vertical sides of the rectangle where the "Flying Saucer" intersects. The main part of the DESIGN ELEMENT is a vertical swirl that provides both legs of the "Stylized "R"" with a vertical left leg and the right leg slanting from near the top-middle of the MARK downward to the right of vertical ending above the last "L" in "ROSWELL". The second part of the DESIGN ELEMENT is the "Flying Saucer" styled as an incomplete oval slanting up and to the right passing behind and in front of both "Legs" of the "R". The "Flying Saucer" provides the rounded portion of the "Stylized "R"". It is white with an ending inward curl around the slanted right leg of the "Stylized "R"". The two areas outside the rectangular border where the "Flying Saucer" intersects the border are black. |
