| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising product packaging. The bottle's neck has a black screw top with the golden words, "FROM RUSSIA VODKA FROM" and a black covering which extends approx. two thirds down the neck. On the neck covering is a shield design, outlined in gold with the interlocked letters of the Cyrillic alphabet that transliterate to "P" and "S" in white color in its centre on a red background divided in two by a golden line, positioned above the words "PRESIDENT'S Standard GRAND PREMIUM VODKA GOLD" in white and gold. A black band with two thin lines and floral motives in gold and with a repeating pattern of the shield design in its centre appears in the upper part of the bottle. Most of the lower part of the bottle is covered by the main label which is black with a golden upper outline with the black repeating words, "VODKA FORM RUSSIA". The words "PRESIDENT'S STANDARD" in white and gold color underneath top ends of three golden ribbons are placed above a round stamp design with a crown design in its centre and the words in the Cyrillic alphabet that transliterate to, "PREZIDENTSKIJ STANDART" and with the word, "TRADITION" on the left side of the stamp, the word "GOLD" above the stamp and the words, "OF QUALITY" on the right side of the stamp design, all in gold, the stamp being placed above a tricolor white, blue and red ribbon, it being placed above the words, "GRAND PREMIUM VODKA" and an illegible signature in white and gold color which is above the words, " EXPORT QUALITY" and , "40 % VOL 700 ML", all in gold, all superimposed over a design of an eagle, appear on the label. Between the main label and the band an embossed design of the Moscow presidential palace and its surroundings in grey color can be seen. The grey color except for the embossing of the bottle represents transparent areas and shading and is not part of the mark. The broken lines depicting bottle, bottle neck, and bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. |
