Description of Mark | The mark consists of a stylized design of a nutria playing a saxophone with green, purple, and gold sound waves extending out of the saxophone and with a stylized design of purple, green, and gold musical notes emitting from the end of the saxophone, where the nutria is wearing a Mardi Gras themed face mask in the colors purple, gold, and green with purple, gold and green feathers extending upwardly from the top of the face mask. The nutria has light tan cheeks. The stylized designs of the nutria, saxophone, sound waves, and musical notes are positioned above the fanciful word "PokeNola" appearing in stylized gold, red, white, purple, and green font, against a blue background, with the letter "e" having a gold accent, with the first letter "o" featuring a square center, where the top of the first letter "o" is the color red and the bottom of the letter "o" is the color white, and where the second letter "o" is prominently featured as a stylized white ball with its center featuring a stylized design of a fleur-de-lis featuring purple and gold petals with a center green band, with two grey ovals illustrated within the top right side of the prominent white ball.
