Indication of Colors claimed | The color(s) turquoise, beige, and brown is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. |
Description of Mark | The mark consists of the words "Pepper & Tanky" in brown with an ampersand used for the word "and." The words are written in Font Dinner font, and various sizes of that font are used. The words are written in a slightly ascending and descending arc from the left to the right. The words are surrounded by a beige background that is narrow in the center and wider at the edges. A turquoise dotted line appears around the words near the edge of the beige background following the shape of the background, namely, narrow in the middle and wider at the edges. A schematic drawing appears above the words, which looks like a dog's paw print with four toes in brown, tilted to the left on a beige background and surrounded by a brown stylized line that is thinner at the top than at the bottom. The beige background surrounding the words is surrounded by a turquoise border that also surrounds the brown line around the paw print. The right side of the turquoise border has three points, one of which points up and to the right, another that points directly to the right, and a third which points down and to the right. The left side of the turquoise border has three points, one of which points up and to the left, another that points directly to the left, and a third which points down and to the left. The right side and bottom of the turquoise border is surrounded by a stylized brown line that mimics the edge of the turquoise border like a shadow or embossing, for the purpose of giving the turquoise border a three dimensional look. Two filled in circles appear inside the turquoise border to the left and the right of the words "Pepper & Tanky." One filled in circle appears inside the turquoise border below the words "Pepper & Tanky" and is slightly larger than the circles that appear to the left and the right of the words. The circle to the left of the words has two stylized lines that are tangential to the circle, one leading up and to the left of the circle, and one leading down and to the left of the circle. A small isosceles triangle appears in the turquoise border to the left of the words, with the point of the two identical adjoining sides of the triangle meeting at a point that is oriented directly to the left. The circle to the right of the words has two stylized lines that are tangential to the circle, one leading up and to the right of the circle, and one leading down and to the right of the circle. Two wide turquoise bands extend out from the left and right side of the turquoise border to the edge of the specimen. Turquoise stylized lines lead from the turquoise bands and the top of the turquoise border that surrounds the paw print to the edge of the specimen. Above the wide turquoise band and to the left of the paw print appear five stylized crosses of varying sizes and thicknesses. Above the turquoise border and to the right of the paw print appear six additional crosses of varying sizes and thicknesses. A small stylized cross appears above the turquoise border surrounding the paw print. Additional stylized lines lead from the bottom of the turquoise bands and the turquoise border that surrounds the words "Pepper & Tanky" leading downward. Below the wide turquoise band and to the left of the paw print appear two stylized crosses of varying sizes and thicknesses. Below the turquoise border and to the right of the paw print appear two additional crosses of varying sizes and thicknesses. |
