| Description of Mark | The mark consists of product packaging with a clear window in the middle of the packaging for viewing the product. The color light blue is depicted on the top of the packaging with a turquoise underscore. The color light blue also appears on the bottom quarter of the front of the packaging. The color white is portrayed in a banner like design underneath the top ribbon. Within the white area and appearing to the right is the wording "PANAMEI SEAFOOD" shown in dark blue and written in a stylized lettering. A wave design appears underneath wording and consists of the colors turquoise, light blue, and dark blue. Gray is not a feature of the mark but in the depiction of the packaging, the area that appears to be gray is a clear window giving customers the ability to view the product inside the packaging.
