| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a round badge composed of six circles of varying width and color. The innermost or first circle is centered within the mark and features three black letters, "P", "M" and "C" arranged in a bicycle pattern above the word and year, "SINCE 1980" appearing in red. Circles two and three are thin bands which encircle the first circle and are colored, respectively, black and white. The fourth circle is a thicker, red colored band which features two phrases displayed in white letters. The first phrase consists of the words "PAN-MASSACHUSETTS CHALLENGE" and appears along the top of the band. The second phrase appears along the bottom of the band and consists of the words "CLOSER BY THE MILE." There are two white five-pointed stars appearing in the red band between the two phrases. The fifth and sixth circles are thin bands colored, respectively, white and black. |
