| Description of Mark | The mark consists of four elements: 1- An ice pop icon constructed using three different stacked shapes: On top, a purple, vertically oriented rectangle with a rounded top side. In the middle, a fuchsia triangle that points upwards and intersects the rectangle leaving a void between both shapes, the triangle's base it's positioned on the bottom side of the rectangle and has the same length of that of the rectangle's bottom side. At the bottom, a brown, vertically oriented shape that resembles the bottom half of a bow tie ice pop stick. 2- The words "Palett" and "mérica" in fuchsia color, positioned to the left and right sides of the ice pop icon respectively. Both words are vertically aligned with the icon's triangle base in order to create a visual effect of a single word that reads "PalettAmérica", where the triangle shape takes the place of the letter "A". 3- A purple line that underlines the word "PalettAmérica" and it's interrupted by the word "Gelato", located on the left side of the icon's bow tie ice pop stick shape, and the word "Gourmet", located on the right side of the icon's bow tie ice pop stick shape. Both words are written in the same purple color of the line. 4- A purple, elliptical outline that encloses the previous three elements. |
