| Description of Mark | The mark consists of upper case letters "PA" in stylized form, white in color, with right edge of the letter "P" partially intersecting the left edge of the letter "A". The box has rounded edges with a small white border on the inside edge of the box and a black border on the outside edge of the box. Above the concave line and to the top of the box is a solid bright red color. The first stylized "e" is in a slightly larger font than the other letters and consists of the head of an arrow as the starting and ending points of the letter.
