Description of Mark | The mark consists of Fisted hand palm side out, with fingers curled in toward palm and thumb tucked under fingers. All knuckles and angles of the hand are 90 degree angles except it is a 45 degree angle at the top knuckle of the thumb. The fist image extends from fist and palm to forearm where image abruptly ends with diagonal cut beginning at top left and ending at bottom right of forearm. Two circles, one inside the other, surround the above fist. The outer circle is thicker in width than the inner circle. The fist fits completely inside the inner circle. The forearm extends below both circles such that the upper left starting point of the diagonal line that cuts across the forearm begins on the outer circle. The diagonal line extends down at a 45 degree angle. The word "OVERPOWERED" in all capital letters and typed in thick san serif font. The word is oriented horizontally and centered below the fist, such that the second "O" in the word is directly under the forearm. The second "O" in the word "OVERPOWERED" is approximately the size of a circle that would fit inside the inner circle around the fist. All other letters in the word "OVERPOWERED" are identical in size to this second "O". All of the above images are shown in the color gold and are laid across a gray trapezoid. The trapezoid extends the length of the word "OVERPOWERED", so the trapezoid is long across the horizontal plane and short along the vertical plane. A triangular extension, also in gray, extends from the top center of the trapezoid and the top angle of the triangle is centered over and ends above the thicker circle that surrounds the fist. The bottom left angle of the triangle is located above the first "R" in the word "OVERPOWERED". The bottom right angle of the triangle is located above the second "E" in the word "OVERPOWERED". A small triangular extension, also in gray, extends from the bottom center of the trapezoid, directly below and centered under the second "O" in the word "OVERPOWERED". The triangle points down. The triangle is a size such that the entire triangle fits below and within the outer-most plane lines of the second "O" in "OVERPOWERED". Below the bottom line of the trapezoid as well as below the small triangle is the word "ENTERTAINMENT", also in gold, typed in all capital letters and in thin san serif font. This word is centered below the other images such that the small triangle on the bottom of the trapezoid points directly down to the "A" in the word "ENTERTAINMENT". The word "ENTERTAINMENT" is a length such that the entire word extends from the first "E" in "OVERPOWERED" and ends with the "T" in "ENTERTAINMENT" located below the space between the second "ER" in "OVERPOWERED". |
