Description of Mark | The mark consists of four concentric circles enclosing a stylized shield. "OFFICE OF SECURITY" is written at the top of the second concentric circle, "AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY" appears at the bottom of the second concentric circle. Three five-pointed stars appear on both the upper right side and the upper left side of the second concentric circle, between "OFFICE OF SECURITY" and "AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY". A shield surmounted by a stylized image of an eagle looking left appears at the center of the fourth concentric circle. "OSPR" appears at the top of the shield, within a scroll directly below the eagle. Two laurel branches appear at the bottom of the shield, one on the right side of the shield and one on the left side of the shield. At the center of the shield are six concentric circles. "FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT" appears at the top of the first concentric circle. "TRAINING CENTERS" appears on the bottom of the first concentric circle. A stylized image of an eagle looking left is superimposed on the innermost concentric circle. The eagle's wings stretch from the sixth concentric circle to the third concentric circle. The eagle's talon on the left holds an olive branch with 13 leaves and 13 seeds while the eagle's talon on the right grasps 13 arrows. Centered on the eagle's breast is a shield divided into three sections. The top section, a sky, contains 22 five pointed stars.
