| Description of Mark | The mark consists of an upper section which is circular and contains a wave, and a lower section, centered directly below the circular, upper section which includes the words "OCEAN TODAY". The upper section includes an outer circle and an inner circle forming an exterior rim. The colors between the outer and inner circles are different shades of blue. The darkest blue begins at the very bottom of the exterior rim and gradually fades to lighter shades of blue going towards the very top of the exterior rim. Both the outer and inner circles include thin, black outlines. The interior of the inner circle includes a water wave with a thick outline of blue. The wave outline also includes a thin outline of black on the inner right side of the wave boarder. The entire top part of the wave has an outline consisting of a consistent medium shade of blue. The bottom left-hand portion of the wave is the darkest of the blue shades and gradually fades to lighter shades of blue going towards the top right-hand portion of the wave. The white area above the wave but below the inner circle, as well as the white area outside of the outer circle, represent transparent areas and are not part of the mark. The lower section includes the words "OCEAN TODAY". The words are blue in color and in font style Baker Signet. The letter "O" in "OCEAN" begins to the extreme left-hand side of the mark well to the left of the upper section. The letter "Y" ends to the extreme right-hand side of the mark well to the right of the upper section. |
