| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the stylized term "obi". Each of the letters is formed by uniformly thick lines that are sufficiently thick to allow distinctive uniform curving of the end of the lines in the letters "b" and "i". The "o" is mostly circular except for the left side which is vertically linear and intersects with the top left of the "o" which has a linear portion sloping downward to the left - the intersection of these two linear portions of the "o" form a point along the upper left side of the "o". The lower circular segment of the "b" is approximately the same size and curvature as the letter "o", including a short linear section at the top left area of the circular portion of the "b" which intersects with the vertical portion of the "b". The vertical arm of the "b" extends above the top of the circular portion of the "b" by a length approximately equal to one quarter of the length of the diameter of the circular portion of "b". The length of the entire linear vertical portion of the "b" is slightly less than the diameter of the circular portion of the "b" The top of the vertical linear portion of the "b" curves upward from left to right, ending at a point on the right side of the line. The "i" is formed in two sections, the lower portion and an irregular dot. The lower portion of the "i" is linear, vertical and parallels the vertical section of the "b". The lower portion's length is slightly less than the diameter of the circular portion of the "b". The bottom of the lower portion of the "i" is curved downward from right to left forming a point at the right side of the line. The top of the lower portion of the "i" is curved upward from the right side of the line to the left side forming a point at the left side of the line. The irregular dot has short vertical linear sections of equal length on each side of the dot. At the bottom of the dot on the left side, a curve extends downward to the right intersecting the right vertical section of the dot, forming a point. A curve at the right side of the vertical section of the dot curves upward to the left intersecting the left vertical section of the dot, forming a point on the left side of the dot. The entire vertical height of "i" is slightly less than the vertical height of "b". |
