| Description of Mark | The mark consists of train tracks framed by a double-line border, with a perspective creating an impression of direction towards the top of the logo. A location pin presents a solid circle in it with the shape of the letters and number "NO 1" in the center of the circle, occupying the majority of the width circle. The round part of the pin covers the end of the top of the tracks and the pointy extremity of the pin slightly enters the rectangular banner below, above the second "S" in "SYKESVILLE". There is a rectangular banner shape under the train tracks. The banner features solid half-ribbons on both sides, overlapping the side of the banner, with the shape of a star in each half-ribbon. The shape of the start occupies about 10% of the half-ribbon and is situated at the level of the ribbon indentation. The train tracks are centered with a width of about 2/3 of the rectangular banner. The banner shape displays the words "SYKESVILLE" and "MARYLAND". "SYKESVILLE" is centered spread across the rectangular banner, slightly larger than the width of the train tracks.
