| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the image of a red hexagon shape with a yellow lined border that takes up slightly more than half of the entire mark. Inside the top of the hexagon appear the words "NEW ORLEANS" in yellow in small letters above the word "LOUISIANA" in yellow in small letters. Below this wording in large letters are the words "Roman Candy Rum" in white and outlined in yellow stacked with one word per line. Below this wording in slightly smaller font is the word "COMPANY" in yellow set off by a yellow line before the word and a yellow line after the word extending nearly side to side of the hexagon. Running through the bottom point of the hexagon is the shape of a white candy stick outlined in red. Written on the candy stick are the black words "VANILLA FLAVORED RUM".
