Description of MarkThe mark consists of a circle of rope braid, with two alternating colors of gold and blue. Inside that circle is an upper arc of text saying "Navy UDT-SEAL Museum". There is a lower arc of text saying "Birthplace of the Navy Frogman". The two arcs are printed with black text on a white background, and are separated by a solid black 5 pointed star on each side. Inside the text, there is a depiction of the American Flag in the background with the blue and white portion in the top left quadrant. Imposed upon the flag, there is a silhouette of a Navy Frogman (a silhouette of is of a man holding swimming fins in his hand, and wearing an old-fashioned "fish-bowl" mask resting on his forehead),with reduced opacity (51%).
