Within that circle there are two arches that appear to start another inner circle, but only shows approximately 1/4 of a total circle in between the "M" in "MEDICAL" and the "M" in "MRBALLEN" on the left, and between the "S" in "MYSTERIES" and the "N" in "MRBALLEN" on the right.
