| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a circle that is divided in half horizontally by a ribbon. The ribbon extends to an arc made up of broken lines that is just to the right of the circle. Inside of the circle, being overlapped by the ribbon, is a smaller, concentric circle that is made up of broken lines.
