| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle. The cork of the bottle is white. The neck of the bottle is wrapped in a gold band and consists of a white vertical rectangle placed in the center that has two black letter "M"s that interlock. To the left of the rectangle are purple stripes and to the right of the rectangle is a design that consists of purple wavy lines and red dots. Below that is a white and gold band. The face of the bottle consists of three vertical rectangular parts: 1) the left rectangular segment consists of purple and gold horizontal stripes; 2) the middle rectangular segment consists of the words "METHOD AND MADNESS" in black; and 3) the right rectangular segment consists of a design that has purple wavy lines and red dotes with a gold background. At the base of the label is an orange banner and then a white horizontal rectangle that is divided up by two thin black horizontal lines. Below that is a gold banner near, and below that is a narrow horizontal rectangle that has a vertical thin black line in the center. The color amber appearing in the bottle design is intended to depict liquid within the bottle, and is not a part of the mark; The broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle and the top of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. |
