| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle shown from multiple angles. At the top of the bottle is a tan bottle cap with the words "MIDLETON VERY RARE" written around the side of the top. The very top of the bottle is red with orange ridges making an outer circle and a brown and tan circle inside that, and a thin orange circle inside that. Inside that thin orange circle is a red circle with the wording "02 70 CL 3172 CL E 57 mm" in orange letters. The neck of the bottle has a black label with one gold band at the top and two gold bands at the bottom. The center of the neck label has overlapping letters "M", "V" and "R" in the colors white, gold, and brown. Placed in the center of the letters is a horizontal brown floral staff. At the bottom of the neck of the bottle there is an indentation creating a diamond shape. On the face of the bottle, there is a black rectangular label that has curved lines tapering up on the top side of the label. The black label contains two thin gold lines at the top and two thin gold lines at the bottom and nested in the center at the top is a floral design in white. Below the black label is a white label that is wider at the top than the bottom. On the back of the bottle is another white label that is wider at the top than the bottom and contains a black rectangle at the base of the label. The red and orange colors of the liquid in the bottle, including the red and orange colors seen from the bottom of the bottle, are not part of the mark. |
