| Description of Mark | The mark consists of The background of this label is a color gradient design, that starts orange in the entire horizontal plane, and ends blue at the bottom of the label also in a horizontal plane. The middle gradient design is light yellow, light green and light blue also with a gradient design. Over the background is a design that consists of 28 lines starting about 10% from the bottom of the label and finishing around 85% from the top of the label, with an equal spacing in-between each line. the first 14 lines from bottom to top go across the right side but make a curve at the center of the label, replacing where the top 14 would lines go. The other 14 lines that start from the top too the bottom left hand side of the label also cross to the right hand side of the label, making a curve at the middle towards the direction where the bottom 14 lines would go. In other words the top 14 lines and bottom 14 lines cross each other at the middle of the label and cross bottom lines to top and vise verse. These lines start with one blue and continue with one green alternating one after the other. On top of the lines towards the middle of the label, is the stem of a leaf with a gradient white to green design, at the top an orange circle with a gradient orange to brown cascade coming from the bottom part of this circle creating small waves. The waves spread towards the outside of the stem creating 2 red flames above and outside the orange circle, under each flame there is a circle with a yellow filling and brown contour.In the middle of the label over the orange circle you can see: the logo and brand for this label which was registered through USPTO.gov under Serial number 98578636.
