The mark consists of two circles one circle enclosed in the other. The outside of the circle has four triangles connected to it. The triangles have a triangle within themselves and also two stripes are in each of the larger outside triangles. On the inside of the larger circle are three stylized like triangle shapes that are open ended at the bottom. In between the open ended triangles is a circle and line design. Inside the smaller circle are several lines connecting to a square like shape. The square like shape has an inner circle swirl with dots on the outside.
