In the center is a stylized design of connected red circles having white with yellow bordered Japanese characters within. Behind the red circles are circular designs of red which fade to white and include white inlays. Above the cake is a yellow banner which fades to rust at an irregular top. Within the yellow banner is a red rectangle with rounded corners includes two rows of Japanese characters in white, the bottom row being smaller in height than the top row. Above the red rectangle with rounded corners, in the yellow banner, are Japanese characters in black.
