| Description of Mark | The mark consists of packaging in the form of a labeled bottle seen from different angles, namely, front, back, three-quarter view, top and bottom. The front and back of the bottle are much wider than the sides, and the front and back are shaped in the form of a curved arch or a crescent on its side, with feet at the two bottom outer edges, and an upward-arching indentation at the bottom center of the bottle between the two feet. On the front center of the bottle is a label bearing a silhouette of a flying bird, the word "MARTELL" in a rectangle, and the words "CHANTELOUP" and "PERSPECTIVE". Surrounding the label is elaborate scrollwork in the style of a gate. Embedded in the scrollwork, above the label, is a shield bearing three mallets. On the front and back of the bottle neck is an elaborate capital letter "M" entwined with leaves and vines in a rectangular shape. The back of the bottle also bears scrollwork, and on the bottle top is a shield with three mallets and the words "MARTELL EXTRA". |
