Description of Mark | The mark consists of There is a grid-like square shaped background comprised of horizontal and vertical lines, where some have been deliberately erased to create the grid-like silhouette appearance of the background; the grid appears both black and white in color with erasure marks throughout, creating a distinct design. The background extends as a rotund square-shape design from the left of the bottle- and -wording, to the right of the bottle-and-wording, to the top of the lip of the bottle, and to the end of the gradient appearance towards the base of the bottle. These grid- lines in the background are slightly slanted to the left in the logo design. On top of the grid-like background is the bottle and acronym LOM and wording, Lunch on Me. A cylindrical, standard-sized soda bottle with a colorless, narrow, hobble-skirt-shaped neck is shown slanted to the right about 30 degrees having a wider hobble skirt shaped body that gets slender before the base and widens again at the base. The lip of the bottle shown above the collar (or string rim of the bottle) is opened with no cap on the bottle, allowing a black splash of liquid to protrude out of the bottle. This splash of liquid can almost be seen to take the shape of a “check mark,” while it is spewing out the lip of the bottle with three drips (also black) above the check-mark-shaped splash and one drip below the splash of liquid, shaped like a check mark. The shoulder of the bottle is colorless, and partially visible are approximately four grooves. These denoted groves are covered by the Varsity-font, capital letters “LOM.” The capital letter “L” is shown on the grid-type background comprised of vertical/ horizontal slanted lines, which are deliberately erased to create the background look. The letter “O” is positioned in the middle of the “L” (left of the “O”) and the “M” (right of the “O”). Directly under the “LOM” is a solid black cylindrically shaped area of the bottle with no wording. Below this cylinder-area without wording is the hobble skirt-shaped body of the bottle seen in a gradient pattern which appears lighter right beneath the cylinder-area and gets slender and darker ending in a black, solid-colored wider bottom as it goes to the base of the bottle. The very bottom of the bottle, passed the solid black color before the base, displays a clear area. Across the hobble skirt-shaped body displays the Script-font words (first letter of each word is capitalized), “Lunch On Me.” The word “Lunch” is displayed on the grid-styled background under the capital letter “L.” The letter “h” is touching the left side, slender portion of the hobble skirt-shaped body of the bottle. The word “On” is shown in the middle of the hobble skirt shaped body, and the “n” is shown half on the bottle and half on the grid-type background, right side of the bottle. The word “Me” has the letter “M” on the grid-styled background of the logo, not touching the bottle at all, and the “e” is shown on a plain white surface and not on the grid-style background. This bottle has a clear base, which exemplifies the portion of the base that would allow the bottle to stand upright, yet the logo design has the bottle slanted at an approximate angle of 30 degrees to the right. The "LOM" is Varsity-font with the solid black filled, capital letters "LOM," with a white text-outline. Also, the Script-font wording, "Lunch On Me," is also black text with a white outline for the lettering. Thus, the logo will be used with various colors. |
