| Description of Mark | The mark consists of Fanciful Font lettering delineated in black. The stylized term, "Literary" is shown with the first letter appearing as an upper case stylized L striped and white candy Cane swirl stripes with the stylized word YAKuZa, shown in chopsticks located at the base of sock shoe and along its verticle under side. Next is the lowercase dotted i shown including a black cartoon figure outlined in white with large black pupiled eyes dotted with small white hearts and long black lashes, a kidney bean nose and wide smile almost width of a white face which is a club playing card shape, having a very skinny neck, wearing a black tunic with pocket initials JJ Long skinny legs in black tights shown wearing black elf shoes with rootlets squiggles as shoe decor.
