Description of Mark | The mark consists of a horizontally-oriented rectangular box formed by a first border of a first shade. Occupying most of the space within the first border is the logo itself. A first gap exists between the logo and the first border, which creates a second border in a second shade. The logo consists of two parts: a first part and a second part. The two parts are situated adjacent to each other, separated by a second gap. The second gap traces the contours of the right side of the first part of the logo and the left side of the second part of the logo. The second gap is connected at each end to the second border and is in the second shade. The first part of the logo consists of the letter "L" and the letter "B" in a stylized form. The letter "L" comprises a vertical leg and a horizontal leg. The gap between the vertical leg of the letter "L" and the first border on the left side form the second border. The letter "B" is in a stylized form such that its horizontal base merges with letter "L"'s horizontal leg, which forms a continuous horizontal bar. This common bases connects the two letters, "L" and "B". The common bases of the letter "L" and letter "B" extend to the lower curved portion of the letter "B", in such manner that the vertical leg of the letter "B", located on its left side, does not merge with the common bases, but is separated by a third gap from the common bases. The third gap is in the same shade as the second gap. A fourth gap, separating the vertical legs of letters "L" and "B", connects the second gap with the third gap. All four gaps are of the same shade. The letter "B" has a lower curved portion and an upper curved portion, each portion having an enclosed central portion in the same shade as the second shade. The lower enclosed central portion is connected to the third gap and the fourth gap because the lower curved portion is not closed between the vertical leg of the letter "B" and its horizontal base, which is also the common bases between the two letters. The letters "L" and "B" are have the same shade as the first shade. The second part of the logo comprises a vertically-oriented block situated adjacent the first part such that the left side border of the block corresponds to the contour of the right side of the first part, which is also the right side of the letter "B". The right side of the letter "B" includes the two curved portions. The right side border of the second part of the logo is a vertical line running parallel to the first border, with the second border in between. Inside the second part block, oriented vertically, from bottom to top, is the stylized lettering of the term "LIQUI-BOX INC". The block is in a third shade. The color of the lettering "LIQUI-BOX INC" is in the second shade. The third shade can also be the same as the first shade. |
