| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods, namely, a clear glass jar with a label and a gold lid. The glass jar comprises six sides that taper upward towards the lid and downward towards the base such that the middle curves outwardly along the jar's circumference. The surface areas of the front and back sides of the jar are greater in size than the four lateral surfaces. On the jar is a yellow polygon label with two curved sides. The label extends over and onto the lid. Within the polygon is a gold line that follows the general shape of the polygon.
