Description of Mark | The mark consists of a square with a border in the color celadon green. The inside of the square has a background in the color white with six vertical stripes in the color celadon green. At the bottom of the square in between the stripes are five fleur de lis designs in the color celadon green. In the center of the square is a stylized three-tiered decorated cake. Each tier consists of stripes in the colors brown and white. The bottom tier contains seven stripes and leans to the right, the middle tier is smaller than the bottom, contains five stripes and leans to the left, and the top tier is smaller than the middle, contains five stripes and leans to the right. Each tier is topped with a horizontal row of flowers which are in the color brown with centers in the color white, and in the color white with centers in the color brown. Across the middle of each tier is a narrow ribbon tied in a bow in the color pink. The strings of the bow are curved to the left on the bottom and top tiers and to the right on the middle tier. The strings of the bows across the top and middle tiers extend to the flowers on the tops of the middle and bottom tiers, respectively. The strings of the bow across the bottom tier extend below the bottom of the cake and are touching the letters P and r in the words La Provence, which are written below the cake in upper and lower case lettering in a stylized font in the color brown. Below the words La Provence are the words Patisserie and Cafe with the ampersand sign in between them, written in smaller upper and lower case lettering in a script font in the color brown. |
