| Description of Mark | 0001The mark consists of top center of logo is a crown that has 5 points with vertical etching in the interior of the crown and 13 shaded points at ¿ of the way down. Crown has a shaded line drawn across it under the shaded points. The base of the crown has 16 clear dots. Underneath the crown is a scroll design that is symmetrical. The scroll is divided to the left and right and curves into itself on both sides. On the left and along the scroll line it moves down and to the left and ends with two leaves one on top of the other with the point of the second leaf facing to the left. The right side of this scroll, moves down to the right and ends with two leaves, one on top of the other with the point of the second leaf facing to the right. In the middle of this scroll is one vertical line. From the left side of the scroll, suspending just before the first leaf, is a scroll that moves down to the left with a small curl underneath. The scroll continues on the same line up to the left and then to the right and left with one leaf under each side. Continuing on the scroll line is a larger leaf pointing downward and has a small leaf attached. Continuing on the same scroll line is a medium sized leaf directed upward and left. Continuing on the same scroll line and moving to the right the scroll ends in a leaf pointing upwards to the right. A break in the scroll line with another short scroll and a small leaf pointing down towards the scroll moving up to the right. Scroll continues downward and up to the right ending in a scroll turned inside with a shaded dot in itself. Right side of scroll beginning with scroll under the stem of the first leaf, the scroll moves down to the right with small curl that ends facing to inside left. Back to the main scroll line, scroll continues moving up to the left with small leaf and then a curl to the left and ends in a point. Along same scroll line from the small leaf, scroll moves up and over to the right with a leaf and ends with point turning downward to the left. Along same scroll line, it continues moving down to the right with a small and large leaf that has a point on each leaf facing down. Along same scroll line is a small leaf turned upwards to the left. A separate scroll line starts at base of left leaf and moves down to the right. There is a small leaf with a tip that points to the right with a line continuing up and over to left and ends with a shaded dot. Underneath the symmetrical scroll work is a large three eared leaf pointing down with divided scroll coming out of the tip of the large leaf. Each leaf has a pointed tip facing downward. The leafs on each side are smaller than the leaf in the middle. The scroll on the left side of the leaves moves toward the left and has a small leaf point facing downward and then moves down and up to the left and ends with a dot inside. On the right side of the three eared leaf, the scroll moves to the right and down with a small leaf pointing down. The scroll moves down and up to right and ends with a dot inside. Under the scroll work and centered are the words: La Maison Chérie. Under words scroll work continues and is the exact same scroll work described above except it is turned upside down with the center 3 leaf design facing up. Scroll work mirrors scroll work noted above. At the bottom of scroll work is a scroll line shaped V turned upside down and point facing upwards with divided symmetrical scroll curves. Left side of scroll comes down and curls to the left upper side large and small leaf then continues into itself stopping at a point and facing inward towards the right. Right side of scroll comes down, up to the right side with large and small leaf. Scroll line comes to a point and faces inward to left. At bottom of logo and underneath the upside down V is a tip and a short shaded triangle with 3 points. Top point is in upside down V and two other points on each side. Logo ends with small dot pointing downward. |
