| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the wording TV KP! superimposed on a group of fictional characters which appear on scenery; the wording TV KP ! is stylized and outlined in white which is outlined in yellow, the term "TV" and the "!" are red and outlined in a think black line, the letter "K" is light blue outline in a thin dark blue line and the letter "P" is pink; the fictional characters appear on a scenic background; the scenic background consists of a blue sky, two white clouds - one being on the upper left side of the sky and the other being on the upper right side of the sky, green hills - one being on the upper left side below the blue sky and two which are barely visible on the upper right side below the blue sky, a gray pathway winds through the lower portion of the background and is surrounded on both sides by green ground; on the lower left side of the drawing appears a winged female figure with electricity bolts in the wings and is in pink, brown, black and purple; above said figure appears a female figure in blue brown, yellow, black and white; to the right of said figure appears a female figure in black, beige, red and white; to the right of said figure appears a female character in yellow, black, beige, white and red; above said character appears the upper torso and head of a female figure in purple, white, brown and red; below and slightly to the right of said figure appears a female character in purple, blue, brown, white and red; to the right of said figure appears a female character in red, brown and white; immediately below said figure appears a female figure in pink, brown, blue and white, and immediately above said figure appears a female figure in blue, green yellow, brown and red; four branches of fog or smoke appears arising out of this figure; below the right two branches of rising green fog or smoke appears a female figure in black, brown, yellow, white and red; to the right of said figure and above the letter "K" and superimposed on a partial green ball appears a black winged female character in pink, black, white and green and there are four green orbits on or near said figure; to the right of said figure appears a pinked winged female character in pink, blue, gray; to the right of said figure appears another pinked winged female character in pink, brown and black and there are 7 small yellow stars in orbits around the wings of said character; to the right and slightly lower to said figure appears a female character in yellow, beige, pink, black and red and surrounded by an incomplete red and black ring; below and slightly to the right appears a female character brown, red, gray, black and wearing a red cape; to the left of said character appears a female character in blue, gray, purple and yellow and wearing a long blue cape; above and slightly to the left of said character appears a female figure in black, purple and white and has shaded purple, pink and white electricity rays extending from all sides; to the left and slightly below said character appears a female character with her arms crossed in black, yellow, blue, white, pink, green and brown. |
