Description of MarkThe mark consists of a white painter's pallet with the words "kil'n time" in black, with the words "contemporary ceramics studio" written in red below, underneath the pallet are two brown handled thin wooden artist paintbrushes with brown bristles and a white metallic band between the handle and the bristles, the brushes on the left side and are different sized with the smaller brush crossed over the handle of the larger brush, they are both partially covered by the pallet, as if below the pallet, with the bottom of the brushes extending from below the bottom of the pallet and the top of the brushes extending from the top left of the pallet, underneath the brushes, and around the pallet is a black circle extending around the pallet as if the pallet was set on top of the black circle, adjacent to and around the outside of the black circle is a thin band made up of six color sections each section having one of four different colors, those colors starting with the upper left and touching the right side of the larger paintbrush on the upper left and moving right in a circle is a strip of blue, then it becomes a strip of green on the upper middle right side, then it becomes a strip of orange on the lower middle right side, then it becomes a strip of pink from the lower middle right side to the lower middle left side, then it becomes the same shade of orange on the lower left side, then it becomes the same shade of green on the upper left side, then it connects to the larger paint brush to complete the circle of colors, then directly adjacent to and around the ring of colors are alternating equal sized 23 black and 24 white rectangular blocks which alternate to form a circular ring, outlined by a circular black line, the two paintbrushes are covered partially by the pallet as if it was on top of them, they extend over the black inner circular portion, the blue portion of the middle colored ring and the black and white blocks which form the outer ring, with the upper part of the larger brush on the left fully covering the area where a black block would be and partially covering one of the white blocks to its right, the lower part of the larger brush partial covers a black and a white block to its right, and the upper part of smaller brush on the left partially covers a black and a white block to its right, and the lower part of the smaller brush partially covers the pink color of the colored band and a black block in the outer ring, each brush extends past the outer black and white ring on the top left and the lower left.
