Retrofit equipment for recovery of waste heat from refrigeration and air conditioning systems, for heating process water using waste heat recovered from refrigeration, air conditioning and other analogous systems, incorporating at least one heat exchanger and a control system capable of switching the use of waste heat between several operating modes, all of the foregoing for agricultural or industrial applications
