Educational services, namely, arranging and conducting of annual conferences for members and affiliates of the military and veteran communities to consider and discuss current affairs in the military and veteran communities, to develop strategies and solutions that will enable these communities to recruit and retain the best personnel for the U.S. military, and to develop and implement programs that will improve the lives of those who serve and have served in the U.S. military
