Pants; Shirts; Sweaters; Sweatshirts; Tops as clothing; and Underwear, all of the foregoing not in the nature of skateboard athletic clothing and headwear, and not marketed and sold to any purchasers in any channels of trade in the field of skateboard athletic clothing and headwear
