Smoking lounge services; all of the goods featured or provided in connection with the foregoing services being solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; none of the foregoing featuring or providing foods, beverages, or any edible product; and none of the foregoing featuring or providing cannabinoids that are synthetically derived or do not occur naturally in hemp.
