A short downloadable recorded meditation, of approximately 30 seconds to 2 minutes in length, in written, audio, video or film format, or combinations thereof, designed for people 'on the go', which utilizes mindfulness or yogic breathing, breath work, sound, silence, stillness, motion, image, body or hand gesture, storytelling, or drawing, created for the purpose of creating calm, relaxation, focus, awareness and overall wellness
